“But little by little, as you left their voices behind, the stars began to burn through the sheets of clouds, and there was a new voice which you slowly recognized as your own, that kept you company as you strode deeper and deeper into the world, determined to do the only thing you could do – determined to save the only life you could save.”
— Mary Oliver
I am here for the deep work.
Through developing mindful awareness, I encourage clients to be more present in their daily experiences, gain clarity on what they want from life and relationships, and navigate challenging emotions. By becoming more present in your daily experiences, it’s possible to navigate challenging emotions with greater ease, and eventually, gently, leave behind patterns of behavior or thought that are no longer useful to you.
